By scheduling or using our junk removal services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1 Services Provided

We provide junk removal services using a pickup truck and small trailer. Services include the removal, hauling, and proper disposal of approved items from residential and small commercial properties within our service area.

We reserve the right to refuse service for items that are unsafe, prohibited, or not disclosed prior to arrival.

2 Pricing & Estimates

Pricing is based on volume (cubic yards), material type, access conditions, and disposal costs.

Our base rate is $30 per cubic yard.

All prices shown online or provided electronically are estimates only.

Final pricing is confirmed on-site before work begins.

Heavier materials (including but not limited to concrete, dirt, brick, roofing, and construction debris) may increase the final price due to disposal weight fees.

No work will begin without customer approval of the final price.

3 Load Size & Equipment

Pricing is determined by how much space your items take up in our pickup truck and small trailer. A "full load" does not imply an entire house cleanout and is limited to the capacity of our equipment.

Jobs requiring multiple loads will be priced accordingly.

4 Access & Labor Conditions

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Stairs
  • Long carry distances
  • Tight spaces
  • No close parking
  • Heavy or oversized items

Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and legal access to the items being removed.

5 Items We Do Not Accept

We do not remove the following items unless explicitly approved in advance:

  • Hazardous waste
  • Chemicals or liquids
  • Asbestos-containing materials
  • Biohazard materials
  • Explosives or flammable substances

If prohibited items are discovered on-site, we reserve the right to refuse removal.

6 Scheduling & Availability

We strive to arrive within the scheduled service window. While we are a student-operated business and response times may vary during school hours, scheduled jobs will not be delayed due to school commitments.

We will notify customers as soon as possible if delays occur due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.

7 Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible.

Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

No-shows may be charged a service fee.

8 Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the job.

Accepted payment methods will be communicated prior to service.

Non-payment may result in additional fees or collection actions.

9 Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Accurately describe items to be removed
  • Identify any special or heavy materials in advance
  • Secure pets and ensure a safe working environment
  • Remove any items not intended for removal before service begins

10 Damage & Liability

We take care to protect our customers' property and perform all work carefully and responsibly.

If we cause damage to a customer's home or property (such as walls, floors, doors, driveways, or fixed structures) due to our actions, we will take responsibility and work to resolve the issue fairly.

Items designated for removal and disposal are considered junk. Once an item is approved for removal:

  • We are not responsible for damage to that item
  • Items may break, bend, or become damaged during handling, loading, or transport
  • Any damage that occurs to items while being moved to the truck, trailer, or disposal facility is considered acceptable, as the items are being discarded

We are not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Pre-existing conditions
  • Fragile, deteriorated, or poorly constructed items
  • Unsafe access conditions or undisclosed hazards

Our liability is limited to damage directly caused to customer property and does not extend to items being removed for disposal.

11 Student-Operated Business Disclosure

Our business is owned and operated by high school students. Despite our age, we perform all work professionally, safely, and responsibly. Age does not impact service quality or completion.

12 Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for any reason, including unsafe conditions, abusive behavior, or undisclosed prohibited items.

13 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Agreement

By scheduling service, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
