Pricing & How It Works

We believe junk removal pricing should be simple, fair, and transparent. That's why our pricing is based on volume, not confusing hourly rates or hidden fees.

How Our Pricing Works

Our junk removal pricing is determined by three main factors:

1

Volume

How Much Space Your Items Take Up

$30

per cubic yard

  • You only pay for the space you use
  • No flat "truckload" pricing that overcharges small jobs
  • Fair and easy to understand

We charge based on how much space your items use in our pickup truck and small trailer.

2

Material Type & Weight

Disposal Costs Vary by Weight

Disposal facilities in Lancaster County charge by weight, not just volume. Some materials are much heavier than others.

Heavier materials may increase pricing:

  • • Concrete, brick, dirt, rock
  • • Roofing shingles
  • • Construction & demolition debris

Lighter materials (furniture, household junk, yard waste) usually stay within standard pricing.

3

Access & Labor

Job Conditions

Some jobs take more time and effort due to:

  • Stairs
  • Long carry distances
  • Tight spaces
  • No close parking
  • Heavy or awkward items

These factors may affect labor time and final pricing.
